About this Style Earth  First in the series of Classical Elements I'm doing. I've done some research on what the classical elements were viewed as and took from that on how I should embody them. The traditional symbolism and manifestations for Earth are Plants, Trees, Forest, Caves, the Stag, Boar, and Bull. With that in mind I tried to attribute at least some of the design aspects to one or more of those things. Shoulder Plates; Caves. Head Plate; Stag. Wild Body Paint; Boar. And so on and so forth. Seeing as this is the start of my little series I might as well explain the inspiration and reasoning for it as well. Oddly enough it started from a song I heard in a movie trailer. It was used to portray a post-apocalyptic world and the dying breed of humanity. So by train of thought it made me think of the world itself, the earth, and what would happen if that were true. But being the subeta whore I am, rather than I don't know going and planting a tree I made an HA. And from that I decided to represent all the other classical elements that 'made up' the Earth. Now as far as the item use and Subeta aspects. I just had to use another piece from the Snow Queen set. That headpiece is my second favorite item from the trunk and it just went so well with the theme. (stag) I was mainly going to go for more of a realistic runway model with this one. While still staying true to the traditional elements I wanted to modernize a bit. But the final product ended up being a little more 'fictional' I guess is a word you could use. I had been meaning to use the Wild Body Paint for some time and I loved the Rusted and Pitted Shoulder Plates. (Which Belladonna so graciously lent me. <3) I'm still really happy with the direction it did come out in. LOL I say that in every one of my avatars but it's especially true with this one! This has also been the most actual fun I've had while making an avatar in a while. I had lost that and I'm now glad to have it back. This has also been the most complex avatar I've ever done; so I think I've at least found a new style direction to head into. Or at least toe that water for a while and see how I fair.
